What?? I Have Been Here a Month Already??

It certainly doesn't feel like a month.

But it has. One-third of my internship done! And I have loved every minute of it. My job fits my interests, and I treasure everything I do with my unique coworkers/friends.

This week I was able to help brainstorm for an EU Resolution, and I also attended a workshop on the relationship between Russia and the EU. For fun, my coworkers and I took a little venture out into Brussels for a dinner and bowling adventure.

Below are some pictures of our outing and the European Parliament. If you are wondering what the picture of that funky dish is, it is an African dish composed of bananas and chicken. I really had fun this evening. Brussels was beautiful to wander through at night.

My apologizes for the lack of direct explanation of the photos. The ones of bowling are self-explanatory, but the others you will see are of my bus stop, which obviously has close proximity to the Parliament; my office space (with my little EPP Group Teddy Bear); some of the art and sculptures in the Parliament; a guide on how to navigate through 7 out of the 13 or so levels; some of the random areas of Parliament; and also, some views from a walkway that connects one part of the Parliament building to another (if you look at the photo taken outside, you will see that the large walkway suspended in the air is where I was when I was taking some of the inside photos.
